Porsche 993 Turbo:  A solution to the oil leaking from the turbos .  Especially nowadays where these beautiful cars spend most time sheltered in a garage a design flaw is showing up on these supercars:  Due to backflow of oil from the crankshaft housing the turbos will fill up with oil and start leaking if not used. The leakage shows up most frequently when the car is left standing for a longer time , usually 1 week at least on order to allow backflow of the oil. In the 90s the racers did know the problem and they resolved by putting the race cars on stands so that the tail was higher than the front of the car. For the later 996 turbos Porsche did engineer a solution to the problem and the solution for sale is inspired by it: The turbo oil lines are modified such to contain an additional p-trap that stops backflow of the oil into the turbos.
